What have I been doing so long? Just publishing the first book in Spanish language. Its title:
"Conoce y supera la Despersonalización y la Desrealización: Trastorno de irrealidad"
'Knowing and overcoming Despersonalization and Derealization: Unreality disorder", available on Amazon. Just search "Santos DPDR" and here it comes.
I am working on its translation to English. I have just started. I hope it can be finished around March 2018.
The cover of the book is important: you can see, left side, rational mind blocked from getting access to the right hemisphere, the emotional side. I have represented a wall between them both. That weak connection is probably the reason of the disintegrated self and unreality sense.
Meanwhile, how are you?. Have you done the exercises I proposed? Many people is telling me they are improving thanks to them, so give them a chance!!.
Now I am back in English, ready to give support again to DPD sufferers around the world.
