THE 20 EXERCISES TO ESCAPE FROM DEPERSONALIZATION AND DEREALIZATION

Here you are ordered and classified the twenty exercises you should practice to get over your DPDR disorder.

It's very important be CONSTANT, do them ALONE and try to ENJOY the recovery process.

They are cumulative, I mean, you can do number 1 for a whole week, then you can practice 1 or 2, later 1, 2 or 3, and thus more and more variety of exercises as you get to know them. There is no a fixed rule.

The ideal is to make them outdoors (on the street, in the countryside, on the beach, ...), but if the weather does not accompany you can always do the indoors exercises.

I recommend ONLY HALF AN HOUR PER DAY with full energy. The rest of the day live normally (maybe a little bit zombie) being patient without obsessing too much with the healing. It will come a day without you noticing it. All the exercises battle against DP and DR in some degree, although some of them are more appropriate for rebuild the lost personality (DP) as numbers 5, 10, 13, 14, 16 and 20.

  • The green exercises are the basics, you should practice them almost every day. It's crucial to go out and walk paying attention to the world and the way you can physically affect and interact with it.
  • Purple exercises are those which let you fight against Derealization.
  • Blue ones are especially designed to fight against Depersonalization.
  • Orange exercises are those necessary to acquire good habits and stop doing what is harmful to our recovery process.

The date has come at last. Yesterday I have just published in Amazon the English Edition of my book, titled:

I hope it will help you to better understand the nature of this dissociation, as well as helping you to perform the exercises more comfortably.

Here you are the link to get the book:

I hope everything can be understood ok, since English is not my native language. If you find any linguistic expression that is not correct, please tell me and I will correct it in the next edition.
